MiniCapture

MiniCapture is a small tool that lets you record videos of your computer or a connected webcam, and save it in MP4 format for later playback.

The program lets you choose if you want to capture the entire desktop, just one window, or a region manually determined by you. You'll also be able to modify the properties of the resulting video by changing its quality and size.

MiniCapture works really well and is very lightweight and convenient to use. However, the lack of more output formats and the excessively simple options, limit its functions to some degree.
